and the answer is NO. All they have done is get taller and skinny. They have almost doubled in height, but now in this heat have lost all their leaves. We are supposed to have a 20-30* drop in temp next week when the cold front finally gets here) today was terrible. 98* with a 118* Heat Index) NOTHING MOVING ouside, especially the Old Coot.

O.C. thinks you are right. One thing for sure. they are not DAHLIAS. If it does cool down next week, O.C. will try to get some new pictures of them for you..

O.C. also has has two trays of seedings that have held up surprisingly well to the heat and dry weather. Talked to Lucy about them and we think they just MAY be Pardancandas (see above post to Lucy) Hope to get some decent pictures of them too...

Thanks for reminding this senile Old Coot who has senior moments quite often it seems now.
