I love this peony, it smells wonderful and I always cut some blooms and bring them into the house. It smells up the whole house,,,,just heavenly!

I keep thinking I need to get some Peonies. The shape of yours and, of course, the beautiful flower may just push me over the edge. Really pretty.

Imp they do take up a lot of space that hostas could fit into though. :lol:

Very beautiful!

I love peonies too - I just wish they looked nicer all summer long. Mine are done blooming and starting to look ratty already.... sigh

That's highly likely given where they are at. Is too much fertilizer a problem? They are in the bird sanctuary and have probably been buried deeper over the last couple-3 years. If I move them, will that set them back? Do I cut them back at the same time, or just move the plant?
