It's blooming now

It's that darn plant I can NEVER remember the name of
But it's pretty! Who needs the stupid ole name anyway?
It isn't really that purplie (is that a word ) The second is nearer to the actual color.

Can't remember when the last time was that I went running for my bulb catalog at 5 am, but I used to have that flower years ago and all I could think of is that it began with 'C'!! It's called Camassia. It does just have the lovliest color in the spring! Now I may have to get some of those too!

Those are native in my neck of the woods and right now they are blooming in the freeway medians. Love it, love it , love it!!
