Ligularia

I grew these from seed 4-5 years ago, make nice companion plants in a Hosta bed

Very pretty. They add a bright spot of color in the shade.

Think this was a good year for Ligularia actually I was going to buy more as Chris mentioned he had some NICE ones but I am WAY over budget for gardening this year and my wife will beat with them if more plants arrive.

Gave in to my compulsion and got two from Cris can't wait til spring when they erupt and will help brighten that shady cornor even more!!!

They are lovely plants, but don't expect them to bloom in the spring. They are fall bloomers -- August and September where I live in Minnesota. Phyllis

Well spring is here at my Hallson Ligularia are popping up ,how glad I am to have put them in last fall.
