Fall Is Here

Post by kHT »

We are seeing the fall crocus pop up and bloom, this am we also have fall fog, but we still have a lot of plants in bud and awaiting for them
to hurry up and bloom before we cut them back. Even the sedam is turning red!

The fall sedum are just starting to flower here too, and the fall asters, mums, toad lilies, and bugbane (Actaea/Cimicifuga) are now starting to flower, and the ornamental grasses look great too. I'll try to get some pictures when it stops raining :)

Thanks Chris, I'll take your rain any day!! Our weather has been so crazy, we are looking at the high 80s again later
this week. I'm in the process of getting the brug house up and running but can't handle this heat. Nor can any of the
PNW plants like the toadlilies.
