Isn't that just a great Mum? Like you I have one at the corner of the house and it really stands out. I have a big perennial hibiscus behind mine and some tall lily bulbs mixed in. The lilies bloom when the mum is just starting to get going, and then as the season goes on the mum hides the lily stems. The hibiscus flowers in between those.

It seems that the powers that be are going to change the name of these back to Chrysanthemum again... Not sure if it is just a marketing thing or not, but all my wholesale catalogs which changed the mums to Dentranthema several years back are yet again changing these to Chrysanthemum.

Either way, I still like this one. My Harmony is also flowering now, Samba and Rhumba are still a couple weeks away.

Thanks for sharing - I was thinking about posting a picture of mine soon too :D

Figures...I just got so I can spell dendranthema!!

My Rhumba is just of to the left. You can see just a bit of it. just a couple of buds are open on it. It really took off this year too! But not near as big as Bolero.
