Last summer I put in a plant that was stressed from shipping and in a short while it shriveled up and was gone but it is back in all its glory another surprise,so pleased.

I was wondering about Brunnera myself...does it fade away much like bleeding hearts to?

Brunnera likes consistent moisture and does not ever want to go completely dry.

Thanks, Viktoria, does Brunnera die back? If so, when does it do that?

I have Jack Frost Brunnera and it does not die back until it frosts.

The foliage stays very pretty all summer.

I also have 'Jack Frost'. It died completely back on me one year (during summer) and I believe it was because it didn't get enough water. As I recall, giving it more water made it regrow.

Mine are in full bloom and the dainty blue flowers are physicadelic one of my very favorite plants, even when the blooms are gone the folliage is stunning.
