Very nice! I had to pull all my coneflowers last year because of aster's yellow. :(
Then I look on the bright side cause it makes room for something else. :wink:

Thats awful-Hope they don't visit my gardens :eek: Is there some sort of spray that you can use to prevent this attack?

It's primarily transferred by infected leaf hoppers. Not much in the way of control and infected plants should be pulled and NOT used in a compost pile. Spraying might kill the infected leafhopper but if it's fed on the plant the plant is done.
The infected plants were right next to some of my Black Eyed Susans and some wild blue Asters but so far none "seem" to be infected. Finger's crossed! :wink:
