Huge Double Rudbeckia?

Post by Phil »

Can anyone help me ID a flower I saw today? I'm not sure if it's a Rudbeckia, but it sure looks like a huge double black Eyed Susan. This thing was huge. Thanks in advance.

otnorot, your Rudbeckias are beautiful! I think I've figured out that the one in my photo is R. "Indian Summer".

Ooooh, Bill -- do you ever collect seeds from some of those beauties? If you do, can I have some? You can PM me to discuss it -- Phyllis

GrannyNanny I have never set the seed so the seed from any one of those will not come like the parent. One year I will have all doubles the next year they will be singles or just semi doubles.I can still send you so seed and see if you get the doubles.
