We're planting our third rose bush

Post by Midnight Reiter Too »

I bought an Iceberg rose. Next year I want to add Mr. Lincoln if my other roses survive.

Any rose advice is welcome. I'm such a novice!

'Mr. Lincoln' is the best rose for anyone looking for a superior red color rose, with great fragrance. Very dependable, go ahead, try one! I have 5!

Very cool! Normally, I don't do red, but everyone needs a red rose, I think. I hope it doesn't stand out like a sore thumb.

You will love Abe, that was our third rose that we added.
Have you also looked at some of the mini roses to plant near by? Enjoy!!

I have planted Mr. Lincoln before. Oh smells soooo good and pretty! But all the leaves kept falling off LOL. So it had pretty flowers on stems

I have no idea why it did that. But in the end I did get rid of it.

I've never heard of that. I wonder what caused it.
