I grow roses in KY. Due to mild winter, and roses are protected from wind. They never lost their leaves this winter(still green). Is this going to hurt their blooming ability this coming summer?

It's amazing how many plants have been somewhat evergreen this winter. This really shouldn't hurt your roses and will likely help them. I'd still prune them to shape them, and now would be a good time to prune most roses.
