I really love this area,I would go more often except that it is almost 1500 miles from my place so I only go once a year for Moose hunting

What you were saying about the fishers got cut off. How did their introduction backfire? Did the fishers wipe out the porkies and beavers?
Before criticizing someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you criticize them you will be a mile away and have their shoes!

Regarding Fishers

Post by r_leblanc »

Yes,I was saying our government introduced Fishers in this area to cut down on Porcupines & Beavers. But what happened was they killed hundreds of farmers barn cats. Not top eat but just to kill. The farmers have cats living in their barns to cut down on mice in their stored grain. Also they have now showed up at edge of city & killing city dwellers pet cats & small dogs.No one around here can do much about it because they are protected except keep a close watch on their pets.Glad you liked the pics
