I think it is a great shot! Good for you. ((it's certainly better than my invisible fox :lol: ))

They are so beautiful.

I was told by a game bird expert who raises them to re-introduce into the wild that almost all of the pheasants died in this area in the horrible winter of '78. The most sad news is that people were feeding them, so it was not a lack of grain, but no one gave them any grit and they could not digest what they ate!

Great shot!

And yes Pandora, they still need grit to digest. Sad, but a hard winter that is difficult to come by. Egg shells ground up and such help some too.
