A garter will travel in a day? Do they have a range they stay in? Seems I have at least 4 in the gardens currently, but wondered if they travel far, or stick around a limited area? Does anyone know about this?

I guess they do, but there are 3 or 4 types of garters I've read. I searched the net and see that they will travel up to 2 or 2.2 miles to get to the winter den they share with many other snakes each winter. But nothing on the spread for normal everyday.

Wedding garters............ I suppose some of those travel too hey?
