Caterpillar ID please!

I found a beautiful caterpillar near some hostas... Do someone know it?

Because of your information, I found the kind of caterpillar (tussock moth). I will do more research... Thanks again!

It is a tussock caterpillar. There are several kinds....take a look here.....

I had this fella on my mauve butterfly weed last year. I thought I was doing a GOOD thing by leaving him there....but, BOY was I wrong! There were several, and they completely stripped all of my plants! :o This year, I'm saving those juicy leaves for monarchs!......p :wink:

That critter looks like it could sting ??
