Since early August we have had an explosion of hummingbirds
We have four eight once Perky Pet feeders that need to be refilled every three days, plus two Oriole feeders that get partially filled every fifth day or so.
We make a gallon of sugar water a week.
I got a few not so good pic's on one of the feeders, but the real action takes place in the air as they chase each other around in quite an aerial display.
I wish they would sit still a little longer for better pic's, but I doubt that will ever happen.

This is the best year for hummers we have ever had.

Yep, since the juvies came out, nonstop here too. I have 3 feeders out now and refill every 3 days also. I have to get an Oriole feeder for next year since we saw some here.

Great shots! I can rarely get one in the camera before he's gone!
