Oh that I could get one that good, especially a humming bird!!

I spend AWHOLE LOT of time by my window!! I blast through my housework like you wouldn't believe!!

By the way if you ever have any old camera's just lying around.....
My Sony 717 is really old by today's standards and I still use it. Its 5 years old.

Great pics ladies! Claudia, when you don't have many birds around to 'tease' you, practice taking pics in other modes, like of water moving, or a weather vein moving or something so you can see the differences in different modes. Same thing with different times of the day. Just remember to keep track of what mode you are using for what pics, so you know what they do as you view them. I sat on the patio one summer and just played around with the new camera trying different things. I'll never be the photography some of the people are, (like peg) but I still enjoy my photos immensely :) Just have fun with it!

What I've read about those 2 cameras is you can view the specifics of each photo. (the iso, speed, mode, whatever :) ) I can't wait to get mine!

I was watching a group of 5-6 male Cardinals chase around 3 females. it was very interesting to watch. Of course, I wonder who got lucky in winning a mate!

I just don't understand how someone can not love to watch birds! And those doves. There is just something about them, that I find calming and reasurring. :D Thanks for sharing these! You take great shots!
