Canada geese

Post by eastwood2007 »

These were on the pond yesterday...

Glad I took my camera with me...almost didn't as I have all the dog and cat pictures my computer will hold...and hadn't seen any new subject potential for awhile...

Yeppers! Great shots! Next thing you know, you'll be getting pics of the little buggers that will be the product of all 'HIS' dancing on the ponds! :)

They were precious, Peggy! IT was freezing that morning, I mean, mittens, hats, scarves and heavy coats. Dh gave up and went back to the car while I stayed out and got these and about 500 more! What a time, weeding through! :) But still, yes, we have a wonderful time at the bay most anytime of year. This was may of 2006.

Awwww...those are great pics!

Yes, I do know what a mess they can make, that's why we encourage the dogs to try to chase them off the pond when they come in. Don't want to get them started here.

Good Doggies! :)

I couldn't believe they were all under her in that picture! This is where we first started viewing them. I was across the river mouth from them on a pier above them more or less. Was surprised when she stood up! :)
