This may have been one of their first outings. They touched Mom constantly. This was the most far apart they were. The other pictures looked like one ball of fur and several noses and feet.

Awwww. you have kits!!!! So sweet!

We have 4 too, but I have not been able to get pics. They did break my bird feeder last weekend though. :|

Thanks. I do keep my distance and DH took this shot from inside.

They were fun to watch. The babies just kept rambling and bumping into each other and mom. They kept trying to get under her and almost toppled her a few times. She took it all in stride.

Momma looks pretty skinny, but I know better than to intervene.

I am lucky that our township is very active about scattering rabies vaccine pellets for them to eat. I wonder if an individual home owner could get a small quantity for their property. I'll have to ask.
