Nice garden spider! Great picture! We used to call them garden spiders when we were small kids. Still do to this day...

Cool spider ED!

I must be going through my second childhood. I am totally fascinated with bugs of all sorts right now!

Cool picture! Reminds me of my childhood, we were always finding these spiders and since they are so big, they are perfect for curious kids. We always called them Corn Spiders, because they were always in the corn. Nothing like running down a corn row right into one of their webs! :o Nice pics!

I don't know what it is about garden spiders, but they are the only ones I don't mind. Maybe because they are such a pretty color
We use to feed them when we were kids. We would go out and catch a grasshopper and throw it in the web and watch the spider wrap them up. Sounds mean now
