Yellow-bellied Sapsucker

Post by nanny_56 »

This is a new bird for me this year. I saw my first one on November 2. This one was in my yard yesterday. A little hard to photograph due to the dark overcast condotions and the dark coloring of the bird.

I am not sure if this a female or a first winter bird.
