The news here says he's out in Clearwater (just over the bridge) close to the beach where I go watch pelicans. I almost went out there today actually, but I'm lazy. 
Good thing I don't have a dog yet, otherwise I would have to be over there at the dog park. (I'm planning on adopting a Borzoi in a few months).Not too into having poop thrown at me!
