We have those here, and I've been trying to get a picture of one all summer. But the dadburn thing would fly as soon as it seen me LOL.

I did get a couple, but no where near good enough to post :lol:

I think this one was waiting for handouts from a group of people taking photos of themselves. :) I was able to get quite close. If the pelicans would be there like before I bought this camera I could get even more impressive shots of them. They got me wet splashing me when they dove for fish just a few feet away. I could have (and should have) gotten a shot of them with the cell phone. Guess I didn't think of it. :)

We use to go to Florida every year. But haven't been in the last several.

I use to LOVE the pelicans, I think those are my favorite birds down there! I didn't have a very decent camera then so no pictures.

I did get some decent ones of the manatees with my little camera I had back then :)
