Such beautiful pictures!
I have seen a lot more swallowtails this year than I usually do. I need to move my milkweed and fennel to gardens that the ducks can't reach. I would see little cats on them and they disappear. I am now moving the cats to the front yard as I find them.
Never before have so few with so much promised to take away so much from so many and then laugh their asses off as the so many with so little vote for the so few with so much.

I bring the Black Swallowtails in as I find them and raise them. I have released 4 so far. I have another 4 in their chrysalis that should eclose in the next week and 2 more cats to finish raising. I found 2 more small ones out on the fennel today but I decide to leave those to mother nature.

Have seen very few monarchs here this year.

Glad you all enjoyed the photos!
