I'm really interested in how your daylilies look as clumps ... here's a few of mine.

Terrific Pictures.
Will try to do a picture of some Natural Orange Daylilies, that line one side of OC's drive way with several years ago.
They now are one big clump. down the entire driveay to the street. Two years ago, I gave some friends several garbages full of them. This past years, I couldn't even tell where they had dug them out. Yhey seem to comed up earlier than the ones in my back yard, probably because they get more sun. They are just now starting to turn green. Our weather has ben so warm this winter, everything seem to be starting early. With February our worst month, sure hope they don't get frozen.....

Even if they do get frozen, it won't matter, they'll just make a grand come-back. Those daylilies are so hardy, you can't kill them.
Unlike others, these form a dense mat of root system, that nothing else can grow through.
I have a few, but try to keep them dug out with only a plant or 2 remaining, just because of the overtaking manor of them. The flowers are absolutely gorgeous, but I don't need so many of just one kind.
Actually, I want one of everything. CHAR

Happiness is making a bouquet of those flowers within reach ! ! !
Thatg's them alright
Hope to do a lot better this year. Will even try some Macros. Maybe THIS year, OC can take them as they fvirwt open up, rather than just as they croak in our summer heat. COME ON SPRING...just 74 more days the WC says...
