Finally got my first daylily shipment!!!

Post by toomanyanimals »

I got 'Open my Eyes' and the bonus was 'All about you'. Both Grace daylilies. I was so excited to get "All About You " as the bonus. Kind of hard to find it on the web though, unless you knew it was by Grace.

How do we ever manage to wait to see them bloom!

Congrats on the new additions to your daylily family - when do the second and third shipments arrive?

Jay Dee,
I asked for the DL's to be shipped after May 1st. So anytime for the rest of them. :D

You are right, 3 more shipments, and 2 trades still to come in. How did you know? Can't buy just one right?

LG, I'm trying to just enjoy the last of the daffodils and the tulips. Hyacinths are just finishing. Oh, and the bleeding hearts are blooming in my shade garden. Only my 2nd year with them - I'm still enamored with them. :D

TMA - You know that hosta, daylilies, heuchera or whatever, can't be limited to just one!

I only have one more shipment coming in next week from a Region 2 fundraiser auction and I am done for the year. Except for the ones I will bring back from Mecca.

Oh, those are beautiful! It's always so exciting when they arrive!

My order is on its way. I'll also be receiving one daylily next week with my Hallson's order. After that, I will be visiting The Daylily Farm. :D

Pat, the closest to a daylily farm in bloom I've seen is my garden!

Yes! Linda Daniels looks great. Trish and I ended up buying it this year also. I'd been looking at Uppermost Edge and Linda Daniels. How did I decide? Linda came at the better price.
