Mike gave me this daylily (via Kellie) cuz he knew that I was looking for purples. This one is just wonderful, I can't quite describe the color, and the camera just doesn't do it justice. It's not as red and much more purple in person than the camera shows.

It is a beautiful daylily...and a great purple. Enjoy it.

Ready to plant some purples !!! I did plant that one last fall, but it fell victim to a late April freeze, maybe next year....
