Double Dragon finally opened!
And, Night Wings has produced some nice blooms despite some rain damage ...

This is a mini ... not as small as Fresh Air's blooms but still one of the smallest in the garden. I put my fingers in for comparison ...

They're all beautiful Helen, but OMG, that Night Wings is positively stunning! I'm working on compiling a 'modest' list of Daylilies to start with and I think this should be on that list! Besides being gorgeous, how do you like it otherwise? Would it be a good choice for a newbie daylily addict? ;)

Peggy,
Yes on the Night Wings
It's one of my favorites.
The blooms are the darkest I've ever seen and the plants are sturdy with nice heavy inflorescence/scapes that don't flop over like my Creepy Crawler.
I like daylilies that can stand on their own and this one does!
