A Little Weirdness

This is another seedling from Trish. Big, big blooms! But, every one of the blooms is trying to do something...frilly, but not quite making it. I know Lavendar Rainbow was one of the parents, but can't remember what the other one was

Any ideas what this is trying to do, or is it just random weirdness?

I don't know, but I would definetly keep that one another year to see what happens!!!
