This is the FFO (actually second, but the first one was destroyed in the rain a couple of days ago) and I have never seen one quite like it. It has an extra layer of petals, but it doesn;t look like the blooms on Siloam Double Classic, so I don't know if it would be considered a double or not.
What do you think?

I'd say double, for sure. There are different kinds of doubles, hose-in-hose and others. Your seedling may need watching to see what % of the time it doubles. Pretty!
