Appetizer=Hot wing recipe

Post by Roxanne »

I made these yesterday for a party we had here. They are awesome.

Disjointed Chicken Wings ( or buy the raw "wingettes")need about 15 or so. I quadrupled the recipe.

Marinade: for each 15 or so wings, mix:
3T canola oil
3T Red wine Vineger
1 pkt. taco seasoning mix
few drops of Tabasco

Marinade the wings 4 hours or overnight. Cook out on the grill. They cook fast. Serve with ranch dressing for dipping.

Only a few drops of tabasco! I like mine much hotter than that! :lol: OR do you have wimps in your midst? :o :roll: I think I will try this but they will be much hotter than yours! :wink:

:lol: Beth!! I just gave the recipe that was given to me. Of course, the tabasco will be adjusted by who ever makes them. I had people here yesterday from 2yrs. old to in their 70's, so I had to take that factor in as well. :P
