Bruschetta with Feta

Tomatoes are one of my favorite vegetables to cook with. It's so versatile, sweet, and juicy. Here is a tasty recipe called Bruschetta with Feta that uses grape tomatoes so... no chopping required. For more info visit here. Yummy!

Bruschetta with Feta.


What You Need

1/2 cup water,
1 pkt. GOOD SEASONS Italian Dressing Mix
4 cups of sweet ripe grape tomatoes
1/2 cup Athenos Feta Cheese, crumbled

Make It

Add water, dressing mix and tomatoes to a large skillet. Simmer on medium heat for 5 min. or until tomatoes are slightly softened , stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.

Top with cheese, cover 2 min. or until cheese is melted.

Serve on crostini or toss with pasta. Sprinkle with chopped fresh basil, if desired.

No problem, let me know if you try it. I used to enjoy cherry tomatoes (was my favorite) until I got my hands on some grape tomatoes. Grape tomatoes are now my favorite type of tomato. Mmmmm....

I used to stop at the grocery store after work and buy a small container of grape tomatoes
to eat on the way home. Much better than a candy bar Yummy! CHAR
