Great grilled corn for memorial day

Ok this sounds weird (at least it did to me!) but it's REALLY good!

pull the husks back and tie them with wire or cooking twine
grill for 2-3 minutes each side until lightly browned keeping the husks off the grill (you can use aluminum foil if needed)
spread on a bit of mayo like you would with butter
sprinkle with grated parm cheese (if possible use fresh not the stuff in the green container)
sprinkle with chili powder
