Lasagne Pizza

We saw all the commercials. Still on. I said, "I can make that". I looked at gobs of recipes online, printed a couple, compared, Here's what I came up with. It's good.
1 16 oz. Pillsbury Hot Roll Mix sold near cake/bread mixes.
mix with 1 C. Hot water, 2 T. oil, and 2 T. jarred pizza sauce, turn out and knead 5 minutes, adding flour if too sticky. Put into bowl to rise double. I put the crust into a 17x 12 pan, and had to walk away once to let it rest, but the mix makes alot of crust.
1 1/2 lbs. of ground meat. I used half Hamburger, half sweet Itallion sausage. Brown, drain well.
Add remainder of pizza sauce and 1 8 oz. can tomato sauce.
bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Turn off.
Layer the meat with cottage cheese and mozzarella. I put pepperoni slices on, and you can adapt as you please. I used onions and mushrooms as well. Do whatever you would put into lasagne! I would have loved to put in some sweet red pepper. The whole pizza was 2 layers. I put 8 oz. of mozzeralla and half of the cottage cheese on both layers. Bake at 400 for 20 min.
