Easy CrockPot Chicken Breasts

Today I'm working from home. There are roofers here banging on the rooftop, I'll be busy in my office most of the day, it's going to storm later so I'll be stuck inside.
On a day like this I have to make do with whatever I have in the house and I don't want to spend much time in the kitchen. So here's a SUPER EASY version of chicken breasts that I'll be starting shortly.
1. Put chicken breasts in the crock pot.
2. Sprinkle over them one envelope of dry Italian dressing mix.
3. Add a half-cup or so of water.
That's it! Turn on the crock pot, I do low all day if using frozen chicken breasts. 3-4 hours on High would probably do it, too.
These come out very flavorful from the dressing mix and are extremely tender.
I use my 6-qt crock pot and do a whole bag of frozen boneless skinless chicken breasts. We have plenty left over to have leftovers, they shred easy to use in other ways (add to casseroles or make chicken salad), and I might not have to cook this weekend!
