Thank you for the welcome and directing me here, Joan!

I enjoy reading cookbooks but not much for cooking unless it's fast and simple. These fit my style :D

Preheat oven to 250 degrees

Line a cookie sheet w/foil. Lay out tiny twist pretzels and place a Rollo candy in the center of each. Bake @ 250 for 4 minutes. Remove from oven and immediately top w/a pecan half; gently press it into the Rollo. The chocolate will set up as it cools so they pack easily into decorative boxes or tins.

I've been reading all your recipes here and deciding what to try first!

Libby, those sound really good. I always make white chocolate dipped pretzels for holidays. This recipe will be added as well. Thanks.

I'll second Libby's recipe, they are SO simple and easy to make, and you can fit bunches of them on a cookie sheet, so it's FAST to make a lot of them. They are like turtles with the extra crunchy salty taste from the pretzel. YUMMY! They are one of my favorites to make at Christmas, but Libby's were so pretty in her little Valentine dish, that's a good idea too!

Welcome to the forums, Libby!!
