Is this a lewisia???

This was donated to our Master Gardener sale labeled as "Lewisia type"... There was only one pot, so I brought it home to investigate and possibly propagate it if it's something interesting.

Any ideas what it could be? I tried looking it up in Botanica and the AHS A-Z book, but didn't see anything that matched.

Any help will be much appreciated!

Thanks,
Andi

Looks like it could be a claytonia.

If it isn't a claytonia, look at lewisia columbiana. The leaves will tell you which one it is, but I'm thinking Julie is probably right.

Nope... it's not L. columbiana because I have that one already, and it doesn't look the same. Looks the most like Claytonia megarhiza, though I'm not totally convinced that's the correct type.

Anyway, thanks for your help!!!
