Need a Name

My mom give me some of her cactuses and this one this past weekend bloomed, we all were shocked to see this.

If anyone can point me where to look, please help.

Karma, I believe it is a species of aloe.

Hi Karma I have one exactly the same and it is haworthia attenuata most know it by the common name - zebra haworthia. Here is a picture of mine which loves to spend the summers outside here in z 4/3. Of course I took the picture in bright sun, so it is not as dark as yours. I did try to get a picture of the flowers too so you could compare but it just wouldn't come out in focus. (Darn self focusing cameras! :evil: ) Haworthias are a very interesting group of plants. Most in the group, at least that I've seen, have the "bumps" like this one.

Thank you both and Hapygdnr, I have looked those up!! Wow, I think my Mom might want this back!! :lol: Oh how I love my garden family!
