Hostako is a bit of a master on the bonsai front Barb ... he lectures on the subject I believe :)
Check earlier posts on the forum and you will be amazed at some of his creations
George also has bonsai and can help you with any questions
There are others of course, and I am sure I am forgiven for not listing everybody with knowledge of the subject. They will introduce themselves in due course :)

Barb, I see you found the Bonsai, guys. This is the site I saw someone did the forsythia that I loved so much that I told you I was trying.

Forgive me I am old and I do not remember who created the lovely Bonsai but who ever you are I borrowed the idea I have started one.

Aud, maybe they will come out of hiding, I would love to do a Forsynthia.....going to branch out, so to speak, this year and do some outdoor ones. Have found room for 3 more inside ones now, and have "Forest Style" that I am working on, picked the plants up last week-end, it is addicting. Hope they come soon.......

I have always spelled it wrong, as a kid that was the only way I could remember the plant name, and it was always a favorite

Hi George, new to this site. I have been doing Bonsai for about 12 years now, limit myself to a few, indoor ones, do not have the time for anymore than that. Plan on this summer expanding to do some outdoor ones, I live in MI and it can get rather cold here. Having trouble with my system today and can not get your phot to enlarge, will try later, am looking forward to seeing it. I don't have anything even close to that many Bonsai, what I do have I enjoy a great deal.

PS, do not see a link ?????????

Welcome Herb and Barb. I used to enjoy Bonsai, but handling a sharp instrument is now a violation of my PAROLE !
