Kanuma compost

Post by irkwater »

The picture is of a satsuki azalea taken last July.

I was amazed that it flowered so well in a 4inch half pot.

The compost looked and felt like small pieces of clay rather than an expensive import from Japan but the results were fantastic. Does anyone know if the compost is used neat or is it mixed with anything else ?
