Imaginary garden

Post by Herb »

On Saturday I stopped by at a garage sale & noticed that their back yard was just lawn. It made me wonder what it might look like with a few additions.

So I used Photoshop to add a wood fence, some rocks, some shrubs, a tree and some gravel.

Herb thats what you call patience and a good imagination. I wish you could that and press enter hey presto one garden done!! I love my garden but I wish the wife would let me take up the lawn and put down gravel. It would look great and save hours of mowing!!!
When confronted by a difficult problem, you can solve it more easily by reducing it to the question, "How would the Lone Ranger handle this?"

Colin,

Thanks, but after comparing it more carefully with the original bare lawn & chainlink fence back yard, it started to look like the proportions were wrong: the rocks in particular are a good deal too big - the biggest two would probably weigh many tons.

So I've had another go at it.
