white gravel

Post by Colin »

I remember reading a message some time ago about gravel and trying to find the right size colour etc. Well I was in my local garden centre the other day and picked up a catologue which had many different sizes and shades. For any one that is interested the company is Bradstones I think their web site is www.bradstone.com. They stock many hard landscaping items such as gravel, stone etc. They do have a 10mm white gravel which looks the part.

When confronted by a difficult problem, you can solve it more easily by reducing it to the question, "How would the Lone Ranger handle this?"

Hi Colin,
But just think of the white chippings with the sun shining on it ,it tends to dazzle that's why I chose limestone chippings because it is a grey/white colour and is more subtle, some people have used white marble chippings which is far to bright.
This is just my opinion,
George.
