Boston Massachusetts has given back to the community by creating this beautiful new garden just outside Chinatown. Designed by a feng shui master architect. I’m so happy that Boston is trying very hard to clean up this historical neighborhood in which my mother grew up. Back then Chinatown was called the combat zone and now it is a place of tranquil beauty. This garden is truly an oasis in the middle of the city. It begins with a red gate that leads you down a windy path to a waterfall that trickles down a babbling brook past prunus, a weeping willow, ginkgo, bamboo and ends at the entrance of Chinatown.
Entering the garden.
The sparrows enjoy the waterfall very much.
The water runs down a brook in front of the willow.
What kind of bamboo is this?
Ginkgo biloba

Hi Jason,
For ground cover I use Soleirolii soleirolii (babys tears or mind your own buisiness are their common names)and Saxafraga as they are a good substitute for moss which I can not grow in my garden, here is a photo of the rear of the small pond.
George.
