Iris Club of Southeast Michigan

Post by akita »

What can be better during winter than snuggling up in a cozy chair, thumbing through iris catalogs? Viewing dazzling iris slides with friends, of course! Join us as we share refreshments and watch stunning American Iris Society (AIS) slides. This is a fun opportunity to discover new irises! Watch out—your wish list will grow!

The AIS slide set of newer iris introductions will be shown at our first club meeting for 2005. These slides include newer irises and some old favorites. We have slides of all the bearded iris classifications, along with a few rebloomers, spaceagers, and arils. Robert Missal will present the AIS slides on February 24, 2005 at 7:30pm. A handout, that includes the names of all the irises shown, will be provided. Admission is free. Everyone is welcome to attend.
