Stripes!!

Post by Garden_of_Mu »

Stripes of all types are popping out all over. They make for very dramatic blooms.

It's all part of my nefarious plan. You see I post these great pics, and then folks get hooked on irises, and then they start collecting them from friends and family, and then they trade them with me and I get new irises for my garden. Everybody wins!

Also, if more folks grow older irises they have a better chance of being preserved for future generations, and that is the mission of the Historic Iris Preservation Society, which I've been a member of for years, whose website I run.

Very  !

I had Red Butterfly on my list last year but never got an order in.

I'd have to say that your plan is working very well.
