The last of the spuria iris blooms has finished and one of my favorites of the season was 'Missouri Iron Ore' (Niswonger, 1997). Sorry for the string tags in the picture--hubby was playing with pollen this year.

Lucy This is beauitiful !!!!! Did you post any of the ones OC sent you in the past ? If so, I will look for them............

Beautiful indeed!!! :cool:

But Old Coot, John......it is not mine.....I WISH!! :lol: I haven't posted many pictures of iris......they did bloom, though...... 8-)
