First Bloom of The Season

Normally this is not the first to bloom each year, but it won this year!

SNOW PEAS

(Donald Spoon, R. 2006) Sdlg. 2003-41A. SDB, 12" (30 cm), ML
S. white; style arms white, light blue midribs, light pink edges; F. white, yellow green spot, veined olive green (RHS 153C), white mark below beard; beards white tipped yellow in middle, yellow orange in throat; ruffled, flared; slight sweet fragrance. Snow Tree X Green Tree. Winterberry 2006.

That is really cute :) Can't wait to see some of our dwarfs too. Won't be long now :)

What a cute variety! Yellow and white are the perfect colors to coordinate with other spring bulbs. Just getting underway here with the early dwarfs too.
