Looks beautiful. I just planted some peonies this week by my Iris hoping to do the same.

I think the landscaping around your average subdivision home is incomplete without
some irises. Now:

The Zinger in action. It saved my irises in the back
last year.

Hi-new here. I just started a new iris garden, when my TB's were done, I dug them up with their babies, trimmed the foliage and planted them in my new area, also ordered some and they are coming in July. I planted mostly mid-late bloomers (LOL bloomers) Bought some reds, two toned yellow and reds, just yellow. The edge of my Hosta garden gets enough sun that a few I had put there last year flowered. Very easy to grow and easy to divide.

Really nice, keep those bloomers coming!! Ours are almost done here and I have started cutting ours back for the summer. But again we
are seeing Jan. temps so I might wait on those that didn't bloom.

Owen, your iris are GORGEOUS! You have some colors that I have pined for for years but never managed to obtain. I especially love your dark purples and the gold w/ burgundy falls! My earliest iris opened this past week and some others are setting buds, but we've had 4 straight days of rain and thunderstorms and now it's getting really cold and windy for a few days. It's basically very wet, green, and lush out there now and not much wants to be flowering. :p
