Lucky you! I started mine wayyyyyyyyy to early last year for us and they were huge by the time I could put them out! Good Luck with them! I'll be starting mine this weekend

We can grow pretty much any tomato cultivar available here in southern Arkansas. For indeterminate varieties or determinates planted in late spring, heat tolerant varieties such as Arkansas Traveler, Homestead, Heatwave and Solar Flare usually perform best.wishiwere wrote:What type do you plant in AR?

If I remember right, romas were easy to grow for me when I did them. Was making sauce for canning! Mmmmmmmm they are great thickeners!
