Question about tomatoes /herbs and greenhouse?

Can I put my tomatoes in the greenhouse now? It still getting down to 40 degees, but the heater kept it there with the 31 degree temps we had over the weekend.

WIll they be okay at night or die? I don't mind if they slow down, jsut don't want to stress them too bad and kill them now :)

Also, can I put some herbs in there that are in 4 " pots I bought a couple weekends ago? Or is 40 degrees to cold for them too?
